Celebrations of the Oaks, 1998

This work, the second in the “Threshold” Series, was commissioned for the “Celebration in the Oaks 1998.” Like “Threshold I,” it depicts a lifesize human figure climbing, in this case, towards a Target. Again, like the first in the series, it is the embodiment of the human condition representing the eternal struggle: here with the target symbolizing the goals for which we are all strive.
